A cassette is a completely air-tight closed container for storing suture material. Chromic and plain catgut sutures are stored in a sterile liquid medium, while other materials, in a dry state. The shelf life of an unopened cassette is five years from the date the material was manufactured, excluding devices ARMACTYL MONOFAST and ARMACRYL 910 PRO: they are stored for not more than three years.
All suture material, excluding catgut suture, is sterilized by a gaseous method. Plain and chromic catgut suture is sterilized by a radiation method.

Suture thickness varies from 0.1 to 7 EP (11-0 5 USP), and length, from 10 to 200 meters.
The material stored in a cassette is kept sterile with the help of an integrated valve with an airlock, which function is to maintain the constant internal medium during the stated period. We recommend to utilize cassette holders, covers and metal caps when using cassettes.

Manufactured in accordance with requirements of TU 21.20.24-001-19472919-2017. A customized pre-assembly of cassette holders with cassettes is possible according to technical parameters defined by the customer.
